Thanks to our MIG and TIG welding capabilities, we can shape aluminum and steel into many different shapes and forms, depending on our customers’ needs. No matter what you want to have fabricated for your specialty vehicle, our expert welders can handle all aspects of the fabrication process, from design through construction, under one roof. Our dedicated team can fabricate doors for your specialty vehicle in an unlimited range of sizes, thicknesses, and insulation options, depending on your exact specifications. All doors are constructed from aluminum and come with high-quality automotive rubber seals to prevent moisture and dust from getting inside the vehicle.
We can fabricate two different kinds of roof systems. The first option consists of standard roofs made from 1-peice aluminum or translucent fiberglass over roof bows at 24″ on center. The second options consists of walk-on roofs constructed from extruded aluminum bows at 12″ on center with an optional seamless roof membrane over 12-gauge aluminum sheeting.
Every frame is custom engineered to meet the needs of each individual customer and the industry they are working in. Our welders can fabricate frames from both steel and aluminum, which are available with protective undercoating and urethane spray foam options.
